Zinga may collect account details, contact information, pickup addresses, waste category submissions, location data during active pickup operations, and device/app diagnostics required for service reliability.

2. How We Use Information

Data is used to schedule and complete waste pickup services, optimize routes, provide support, detect abuse/fraud, and generate recycling/operations reports.

3. Location Data

Location access is used only when necessary for pickup tracking, dispatch coordination, and ETA visibility. Users can manage permission settings through their device controls.

4. Data Sharing

Zinga does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with authorized service providers and logistics partners strictly to deliver core platform functions, with confidentiality and security controls.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for service, legal, and operational purposes. Users may request account/data deletion by emailing privacy@zinga.ph.

6. Children’s Privacy

Zinga is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us for review and removal.
