Delete Account Request

Use this page to request deletion of your Zinga account and personal data. This process is intended for Play Store and App Store account deletion compliance.
What happens after you submit
- We confirm your identity via your registered email.
- We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
- Your account profile and user-generated content tied to your identity are deleted or anonymized, unless legal retention is required.
Data retained after deletion (if required)
Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security obligations. Retained records are minimized and kept only for required periods.
