Zinga provides software tools for waste pickup scheduling, dispatch coordination, tracking, and recycling reporting. Actual collection services may involve third-party operators.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate pickup information, follow local waste segregation rules, and use the platform lawfully. Misuse may result in account suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit fraudulent requests, or upload harmful content/code.

4. Fees and Billing

Paid services, if applicable, are communicated in-app or in service agreements. Pricing and billing terms may vary by location and partner contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zinga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, service delays, or third-party operator actions.

6. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
